Joe Warren and Cyndi Janetzko took first in the single kayak divisions, again.  Bill Hahn was back and asking about how all the old Delmarva Race paddlers were doing.  He had to trade Charlie in on a younger and sexier bow paddler and this was their first race.

The organizers wanted to make sure their apologies were sent out to all of the participants who had to wait for the results.  The was a sudden shortage of volunteers to help sort the results, and Karen and Christine had to make do with what they had.

The "Youngest" Paddler was Gregory Nelson, who is 8 years old.  He beat another 8 year old in this category, but only by 6 months.  By the way, Sarah Rambo (the other 8 year old), finished 3rd in the Dual Kayak category.  You go girl!

 
The "Most Seasoned" Paddler is William Hahn, who is 84 years young.
